Advanced Geomechanics (AG) is an established Perth-based geotechnical consultancy that primarily focuses on the design of offshore foundations and anchors for the oil and gas industry.  Beyond this core business we are interested in all high-value geotechnical design solutions, for both offshore and onshore applications.

Due to the sustained expansion of local oil and gas activities and a strong outlook, AG is presently seeking to recruit several additional Geotechnical Engineers across all levels, from graduate to Senior Principal.  Our team of engineers is engaged in entire development cycles from scoping of site investigations, acting as clients’ representatives offshore and onshore, defining laboratory tests and interpretation of their results, followed by detailed design analyses and provision of advice during construction.  Our team is complemented by Geophysicists and Engineering Geologists in the areas of offshore and near-shore site investigations, and particularly geohazard assessment.

We will consider all talented, experienced and aspiring geoscience professionals that can see themselves as part of the AG team.  Proven experience in offshore developments will of course be viewed favourably.  However, recent graduates with a strong academic background and also more experienced professionals with an onshore background are also encouraged to apply.
